Panels are joined using locking captive dowels and adhesive, for an exceptionally strong structure. Contrasting European ash and African black walnut timbers combine with a simple finish to create the desired effect.

An incredibly simple style where two halves meet.

This stool is made from solid prime European ash with contrasting American black walnut.

Using modern techniques and a traditional finish of oil and wax, this stool will serve many purposes. It can be used for the dining room, hallway or bedroom.

I wanted to create a simple stool which didn ’t fo llow the tradition al design , and this is my result – simple, stylish, strong and beautiful.

The stool is 450 mm high, 450 mm long and 280 mm wide.
